The chapter is doing GREAT. We had yet another loss!!!
Our 'Best Loser' was Linda L. and she said to exercise and avoid large portions.
We all participated in the 'Trek to Orlando', where IRD will be held, and TOPS members all over the world 'trekked' over 10 MILLION MILES!!!!
Joanna had a game for us called "Fruit and Veggie BINGO"
Ann won a cucumber
Paulette won a peach
Judy J won greens
Cindy won a red onion
Some folks won lemons
If you haven't noticed, some familiar faces have been absent from our meetings. Ann C. suggested that we call or e-mail our members who we haven't seen.
