What can you do?

  • Make a plan to stop eating by 7pm
  • Ask for a “sliver”
  • Beware of beverages
  • Relax (stress and anxiety can make you eat)
  • Keep exercising
  • Keep the portions small
  • Make better choices
  • BYOD - bring your own dish
