Not all shellfish are high in cholesterol.
People with high cholesterol should not avoid shrimp.
Smoked fish are high in salt.
Shellfish are higher in iron than red meat.
Some canned fish is just as healthy as fresh fish.
Packaged fish with batter or crumbs are bad.
