Hello ALL TOPS Friends/Pals,
 
Yuppers, it's a "Happy NEWYear".   So-o-o-o  this January I'm challenging
YOU to LOSE or Stay the Same on weigh-ins of January 10th, 17th, 24th
and 31st of 2013.  Even that quarter of a pound counts [one stick of butter].
 
KOPS must stay below goal and by no more than 5 pounds below goal. 
 
This will be YOUR Award for January 2013 - "SUCCESS Be Yours".
