CDPHP and Price Chopper team up for a healthy choices at the super market workshop.
The workshop is March 8, 2012 (Thursday)  If enough people are going to attend, the meeting and weigh-in for that week will be cancelled.

New Contest:
Transform Yourself
Participation: $1 (one time only)

Prizes: 3 prizes equaling 1/3 of the total kitty each.
  • A TOPS member may sign and date a numbered square anytime they have a loss or a turtle.
  • A KOPS member may sign and date a numbered square anytime they are at or below goal AND have not gained or lost more than 1 pound.
  • When all the numbered squares have been selected, a random number generator will be used to select 3 numbers.  The names of the members in the corresponding squares will win 1/3 of the kitty.
  • A member may win multiple shares of the kitty.  The more you lose, the more chances you have to win.

Shelley presented her program and she taught us about the effect of Compound Change.  The concept being that even a small change will amount to a big change over time.
