Topic tonight continued with the TOPS program on Stress management. We tried out some low-impact chair-type exercises designed to alleviate that tight stress feeling.
STRESS: With the holidays nearly upon us, we covered handling stress. Adjusting our attitude, allowing enough time for various activities, and being flexible were all discussed as aids to making the holidays "stress-free" thus eliminating the need for "mindless" eating.
While several members weighed in our tally for the week was a tie. In other words, as a chapter, we lost the same number of pounds as we gained!!!!
Also, because none of our losers completed the criteria for Best Loser title for this week, the best loser prize was held over to next week's qualifying winner.
