Bonnie lead the charge as our 'Best Loser'. She wants us to practice portion control and not to overindulge. Bonnie has been losing alot of weight recently and wore a special hat to celebrate!

Mark presented the nights program about how astronauts stay fit in space. They lose muscle tone and significant bone density during prolonged stays in space. One way they keep their muscles and bones healthy is resistance training.
